We’re “going live” with our new computer system this week! The new, state-of-the-art system will really benefit all of our patients.
Now would be a great time to sign up for our new Patient Portal! Click here for instructions. Parents should start by clicking the button for “Patient’s family member” access. Then put in your child’s information below that line (if it doesn’t work the first time, try a different phone number.) After you set up your portal access, you can add your other children to the same account. It’s free and easy!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU’RE USING YOUR CHILD’S INFORMATION TO SIGN UP FOR THE PORTAL. DO NOT USE YOUR OWN NAME AND BIRTHDAY.
Benefits of having a portal account will be 24/7 access to secure messaging with your health care team, information about your upcoming visits, and an easy way to view and pay your bills online. You can also update medical information prior to schedule visits.
Bills and statements from visits made before the transition won’t be viewable or payable in the new portal. Give us a call or mail in a payment with your statement to cover previous balances.
We’re really excited about the new system! Although we’ve been working to make sure the transition goes smoothly, we’ll appreciate a little extra patience as we work out the bugs this week. To help visits go more smoothly, try to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork for the new system — or do it in advance, on the portal! Thanks!
