Help for stressed or anxious teens

C & A Counseling in Roswell is hosting a weekly course to help teens learn mindfulness techniques to relieve stress and anxiety.

Mindfulness fosters confidence in emotional regulation — how to not let negative emotions rule. Techniques learned include meditation, breathing modulation, and centering in a fun, open, and relaxed environment. These kinds of techniques can really help teens (and parents!) feel less stressed, more focused, and more in control.
